Researchers from the University of Dublin have studied how to learn new languages in the Republic of Ireland.
Gail Dolan is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Linguistics at the university, who is currently completing her research.
She is working on a book on learning foreign languages for adults and young people in Ireland.
“What I am really interested in is, what is it that people in different cultures and different societies do differently when it comes to learning language?” she said.
“In the past I have tried to look at language learning as a way of helping people to cope with stress or stress related issues.”
It’s a way to help people manage that stress and manage their own anxiety.
“What people in cultures and societies are doing differentlyIn her book, “Language and the Psychology of Learning”, she will also talk about her research on the learning of languages in Western cultures.”
The cultural difference between a Westerner and someone from a different culture is really important.
And what is important to understand is, when we talk about learning languages, that’s really not what it’s about.
“Ms Dolan said she had spent much of her career in the area of learning foreign language.
She said that the study of learning languages was something that was very important for her.”
My hope is that what I do will help people to think more about language, and that this research will help to shape our thinking about language learning,” she said, adding that it was a valuable area to study in order to better understand how language and culture interact.
The study is being done in collaboration with the Irish Language Council, which is part of the Guggenheim.”
I think that it’s very important that we continue to do research on language, to do more of it,” Ms Dolan told The Irish Time.”
This is something that we need to do because we are a country that has a very high degree of linguistic diversity.””
Language is not just a Western phenomenon,” she added.”
Language can be indigenous to many different cultures, and the languages that we have are all very different.
